These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and NXS Modifications (“Company”), (“We”), (“Us”), or (“Our”), concerning your access to and use of the Discord as well as any other media for channel, link or involvement. With the purchase of any product, you must not attempt to unlock the vehicle to modify the 3D model of it, claim it as your own, or redistribute it to anyone else unless the owner of NXS Modifications authorizes it.
All assets will be locked under the FiveM Escrow system unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of all assets being protected under the FiveM Escrow system, only the user which obtains the license key to the product is able to use said product.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. All payments shall be in U.S. Dollars.
Payments are final; refunds and exchanges will not be issued (unless said otherwise by the owner of NXS Modifications). Chargebacks are prohibited and will be handled via litigation and support from involved parties/services.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed for any NXS Modifications product. We may in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
Free support with any products purchased from NXS Modifications will be offered to all customers. These assets are only to be used on the FiveM platform and NXS Modifications is not responsible for any damages caused to your device and/or FiveM server.
NXS Modifications reserve the right to modify, change, update, or replace any content within the Terms of Service at any point without notice. By continuing to utilize any of our products/services constitutes accepting any modifications made.
